Our Lentils with Garlic and Chilli side dish makes the most delicious and healthy supper. With a little imagination, you can turn this easy dish into a fabulous meal.

This is one of my favourite, simple meals to cook. You can add all sorts of ingredients to this to transform it into a hearty supper…Here’s a few ideas on what to add.

  • King Prawns and Spinach

  • Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato and Roasted Cauliflower

  • Paneer and Peas

  • Chicken, Cashew Nuts and Fresh Coriander

  • Tandoori Salmon, Egg and Green Beans
