A really popular tomato based, side dish that will compliment any curry. This is hearty and heavily spiced with a great chilli kick. For a great variation to the normal addition of potatoes, this dish can also be made with other vegetables, such as cauliflower, aubergine and spinach.
Cut 3 medium sized potatoes into cubes and par boil. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add spice pack 1 to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add the par boiled potatoes to the pan and coat in the spices. Add a 400g tin of tomatoes along with 100ml water. Add spice pack 2 and stir. Simmer until your potatoes are cooked through, then serve!
